SMS PRIVACY POLICY

C5 is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) governs how we treat the Personal Information that we collect and receive from you in connection with your use of the SMS Service (“Service”), which we make available to you through a third-party service provider. This Policy is incorporated into the Terms of Service.

By using the Service, you agree to the terms of this Policy. C5 reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or change this Policy at any time with or without prior notice to you. The date of the last update will be posted at the top of this Policy for your convenience. This Policy, and any changes, are effective as soon as posted. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes to the Policy constitutes your full acceptance of those changes.

What Personal Information is Collected About You

Through your use of the Service, we will receive Personal Information through our third-party service provider. “Personal Information” is information that individually identifies you, such as your mobile phone number you provided when signing up for the Service, any user or screen name that you select in connection with the Service, any comments or feedback regarding the Service that you send to us, or any other information that you choose to include in messages you send through the Service. When you send messages via the Service, we will also collect your messaging history and any information included in those messages.

We may also collect Personal Information about you using cookies or similar technologies. Cookies are pieces of information that are stored by your browser on the hard drive or memory of your device. Cookies enable personalization of your experience on the Service (e.g., sending you personalized text messages such as shopping cart reminders).

If you participate in a contest, sweepstakes, research study, or email survey associated with the Service, we will collect basic contact information and any other information you choose to provide in connection with these activities. We will also collect your contact information if you contact us with questions about the Service or for customer service.

How C5 uses Personal Information about you

We use Personal Information to (a) provide you with the Service, (b) process and respond to inquiries, (c) improve the Service, (d) if necessary, contact you with important announcements or messages, and (e) conduct research.

Disclosure of your information

C5 will not rent or sell your Personal Information to third-party companies or individuals for marketing or promotional purposes.

Protection of Information

C5 takes a variety of physical, technical, administrative, and organizational security measures based on the sensitivity of the information we collect to protect your Personal Information against accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access. Unfortunately, no online activity can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. You should note that in using the Service, your information will travel through third-party infrastructures which are not under our control (such as a third-party provider’s SMS delivery platform or your carrier network). While we strive to protect your information against unauthorized use or disclosure, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you provide. By using the Service, you agree that C5 is not liable for any unintentional disclosure.

Children and Intended Audience

The Service is not intended for children under 18, and C5 does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 18.

By using the Service, you are representing that you are at least 18 years old.

Retention of Information

We retain your Personal Information for as long as you participate in the Service or as needed to comply with applicable legal obligations. We will also retain and use your Personal Information as necessary to resolve disputes, protect us and our customers, and enforce our agreements.

Choices and Controls

Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You can opt-out of receiving further commercial text messages via the Service by responding to any of our text messages with any of the following reply: STOP.

1. Every agent interested in being part of C5 must enter the organization through the person who invited him/her to our events: Real Estate Retreat, In-Person Congresses, Streaming Events, Discovery Meetings, or Cafecito Inmobiliario.

2. In-person events grant a protection period as long as the person enters the name of the person who invited him/her in the electronic registry and attends the event. If the person is registered but does not attend the event, protection does not apply.

3. The protection period granted is established based on the type of event, as indicated below:

Real Estate Retreat: grants 3 months of protection
Real Estate Congresses (in person): grants 3 months of protection
Streaming Events (online): grants 1 month of protection
Discovery Meeting / Secrets of Top Producers: grants 1 month of protection
Cafecito Inmobiliario: Grants 1 month of protection, as long as the invited agent registers through the page https://elcafecitoinmobiliario.com/

4. The protection periods indicated in point 3 begin from the date the corresponding event will be held and are valid as long as the new agent attends the event.

5. If an agent has been invited and registered for the same event by several people, the invitation of the first registration recorded in our system prevails, that the first person who registered the agent for the event.

6. If an agent enters C5 under the name of a person other than the one who requests it, said agent will not have the support and backing of C5 and, therefore, will not have access to complementary coaching or team meetings. Rev. 2 - August 2023 1 of 2

7. Regarding re-entries to C5: Any agent who has entered C5, decides to leave the team and subsequently wishes to re-enter, must do so under the same sponsor with whom he or she had entered in the first instance. If said sponsor is no longer part of C5, he or she must enter with the immediate superior agent (upline) of his or her former sponsor.

8. Any agent who fails to comply with the provisions of point 8 of these regulations will not have the support and backing of C5 and, therefore, will not have access to complementary coaching or team meetings.

POLÍTICA DE PRIVACIDAD DE SMS

C5 se compromete a proteger su privacidad. Esta Política de privacidad (la “Política”) rige cómo tratamos la Información personal que recopilamos y recibimos de usted en relación con su uso del Servicio SMS (“Servicio”), que ponemos a su disposición a través de un proveedor de servicios externo. Esta Política está incorporada a los Términos de servicio.

Al utilizar el Servicio, usted acepta los términos de esta Política. C5 se reserva el derecho, a su exclusivo criterio, de modificar o cambiar esta Política en cualquier momento con o sin previo aviso. La fecha de la última actualización se publicará en la parte superior de esta Política para su conveniencia. Esta Política, y cualquier cambio, entran en vigencia tan pronto como se publiquen. Su uso continuo del Servicio después de la publicación de cualquier cambio a la Política constituye su aceptación total de esos cambios.

Qué información personal se recopila sobre usted

A través de su uso del Servicio, recibiremos Información personal a través de nuestro proveedor de servicios externo. “Información personal” es información que lo identifica individualmente, como su número de teléfono móvil que proporcionó al registrarse en el Servicio, cualquier nombre de usuario o de pantalla que seleccione en relación con el Servicio, cualquier comentario o sugerencia sobre el Servicio que nos envíe, o cualquier otra información que elija incluir en los mensajes que envíe a través del Servicio. Cuando envíe mensajes a través del Servicio, también recopilaremos su historial de mensajes y cualquier información incluida en esos mensajes.

También podemos recopilar información personal sobre usted mediante cookies o tecnologías similares. Las cookies son piezas de información que su navegador almacena en el disco duro o la memoria de su dispositivo. Las cookies permiten la personalización de su experiencia en el Servicio (por ejemplo, enviándole mensajes de texto personalizados como recordatorios del carrito de compras).

Si participa en un concurso, sorteo, estudio de investigación o encuesta por correo electrónico asociada con el Servicio, recopilaremos información de contacto básica y cualquier otra información que elija proporcionar en relación con estas actividades. También recopilaremos su información de contacto si se comunica con nosotros con preguntas sobre el Servicio o para el servicio de atención al cliente.

Cómo C5 utiliza su información personal

Utilizamos la información personal para (a) proporcionarle el Servicio, (b) procesar y responder consultas, (c) mejorar el Servicio, (d) si es necesario, comunicarnos con usted para enviarle anuncios o mensajes importantes y (e) realizar investigaciones.

Divulgación de su información

C5 no alquilará, ni venderá su información personal a empresas o individuos de terceros con fines de marketing o promoción.

Protección de la información

C5 toma una variedad de medidas de seguridad físicas, técnicas, administrativas y organizativas en función de la sensibilidad de la información que recopilamos para proteger su información personal contra la destrucción accidental o ilícita o la pérdida accidental, alteración, divulgación o acceso no autorizado. Lamentablemente, no se puede garantizar que ninguna actividad en línea sea 100 % segura. Debe tener en cuenta que al utilizar el Servicio, su información viajará a través de infraestructuras de terceros que no están bajo nuestro control (como la plataforma de entrega de SMS de un proveedor externo o la red de su operador). Si bien nos esforzamos por proteger su información contra el uso o la divulgación no autorizados, no podemos garantizar ni asegurar la seguridad de la información que proporcione. Al utilizar el Servicio, usted acepta que C5 no es responsable de ninguna divulgación involuntaria.

Niños y público objetivo

El Servicio no está destinado a niños menores de 18 años y C5 no recopila deliberadamente información de niños menores de 18 años.
Al utilizar el Servicio, usted declara que tiene al menos 18 años.

Retención de información

Conservamos su Información personal durante el tiempo que participe en el Servicio o según sea necesario para cumplir con las obligaciones legales aplicables. También conservaremos y utilizaremos su Información personal según sea necesario para resolver disputas, protegernos a nosotros y a nuestros clientes y hacer cumplir nuestros acuerdos.

Opciones y controles

El consentimiento para recibir mensajes de texto de marketing automatizados no es una condición para ninguna compra. Puede optar por no recibir más mensajes de texto comerciales a través del Servicio respondiendo a cualquiera de nuestros mensajes de texto con cualquiera de las siguientes respuestas: STOP.

NORMATIVAS Y REGULACIONES DE INGRESO A C5

A continuación se establecen las normativas y regulaciones de ingreso al grupo C5. Las mismas debe ser observada y cumplidas por todo agente que desee formar parte de la organización:

1. Todo agente interesado en formar parte de C5, debe ingresar a la organización a través de la persona que la invitó a nuestros eventos: Retiro Inmobiliario, Congresos Presenciales, Eventos en Streaming, Discovery Meetings o Cafecito Inmobiliario.

2. Los eventos presenciales otorgan un período de protección, siempre y cuando la persona coloque en el registro electrónico el nombre de quién la invitó y asista al evento. Si la persona es registrada pero no asiste al evento, no aplica protección.

3. El período de protección otorgado se establece en base al tipo de evento, según se
indica a continuación:

Retiro Inmobiliario: otorga 3 meses de protección
Congresos Inmobiliarios (presencial): otorga 3 meses de protección
Eventos en Streaming (online): otorga 1 mes de protección
Discovery Meeting / Secretos de Top Producers: otorga 1 mes de protección
Cafecito Inmobiliario: Otorga 1 mes de protección, siempre y cuando el agente invitado se registre a través de la página https://elcafecitoinmobiliario.com/

4. Los períodos de protección indicados en el punto 3, comienzan a partir de la fecha en la que se ejecute el evento correspondiente y son válidos, siempre y cuando el nuevo agente asista al evento.

5. En caso que un agente haya sido invitado y registrado a un mismo evento por varias personas, prevalece la invitación del primer registro grabado en nuestro sistema. Es decir, la primera persona que efectivamente haya inscrito al agente para el evento.

6. En caso de que un agente entre a C5 bajo el nombre de otra persona distinta a quien lo invitó, dicho agente no contará con el soporte y respaldo de C5 y por consiguiente, no tendrá acceso al coaching complementario o reuniones del equipo. Rev. 2 - Agosto 2023 1 de 2

7. Referente a los reingresos a C5: Todo agente que haya ingresado a C5, decida dejar el equipo y posteriormente desee reingresar, deberá hacerlo bajo el mismo sponsor con el cual había entrado en primera instancia. En el caso de que dicho sponsor ya no forme parte de C5, deberá ingresar con el agente inmediato superior (línea ascendente) de su antiguo sponsor.

8. Todo agente que incumpla lo indicado en el punto 8 de la presente normativa, no contará con el soporte y respaldo de C5 y por consiguiente, no tendrá acceso al coaching complementario o reuniones del equipo.
